Email Anne Maurer

Anne Maurer became the Student Assistant Director to the Honors program
in Summer 2007. She is an uprising Junior at CNU, working towards a
B.S. in Psychology. Anne received an Honors Research Grant to help fund
her undergraduate research with Dr. Velkey, exploring the relationship
between dominance and risk sensitivity in male Siamese fighting fish
(Betta splendens), as well as a Honors Summer Research Stipend for her
fledgling work examining endocrine agonism in Betta fish. Anne is also a
member of Psi Chi, the National Honors Society in Psychology; a student
member of Sigma Xi, the Scientific Research Society; an active member and uprising Vice President of CNU's Psychology Club; and a research lead in CNU’s Animal Learning & Behavior laboratory.
