Honors Student Wins Merit Fellowship to Emory

Kira Walsh, a senior psychology major, has been accepted to the Graduate Institute of the Liberal Arts at Emory University to pursue an Interdisciplinary Ph. D. in Culture, History, and Theory. Kira has received an Arts and Sciences Fellowship that includes a full-tuition waiver and a generous stipend for five years. In the ILA, she will pursue a structured program in interdisciplinary research and comparative theory, and also have the opportunity to take relevant courses throughout the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
